2. Update on my Permajet continuous inking system

Its been almost a year now since I installed the Permajet continuous inking system. Overall I'm really pleased with it. Permajet Oyster and their inks have proved very successful and I'm content with the results. I've used about 100ml of all the inks and I've just ordered another bottle of each of the 8 colours That's £25.95 per bottle for 125mls -ouch! But it beats £12 or so for 13mls of Epson ink.

Recently I've had one problem with the system. I spoke to Permajet who gave me advice which didn't completely solve the fault. I now know I was speaking to the wrong person. I then got hold of the right person who told me it was known problem and immediately gave me the correct fix. Problem solved.

The Permajet system still looks a bit Heath-Robinson but, as I've said before, its good value with excellent results

Thanks for that Peter - very interesting. Quite a saving.

Does anybody else have any experience on this subject? Or any burning questions to ask about it?
