ColorMunki Photo Software issues

Notes from David Pearson - April 2022.

If you are having problems with connecting the ColorMunki, these notes might help.
First, try plugging the device into a different USB port, preferably a powered USB2 one.
Then ensure that you are running the latest X-Rite software.
If that doesn’t work, download the ccStudio software from https://calibrite.com/us/software-downl ... rect=en-US and run that.
Next, check that the XRD software is not disabled. If so, set it to automatic.
It may now connect but hang at the ‘calibrate’ stage. In which case try a complete re-install of the XRD software following the procedure in https://calibrite.com/calibrite-techni ... -support/.
